All communications should be honest and explicit of meaning in order to garner trust that we are living up to the Kelley cornerstones.
As a local family owned business, it is also our responsibility to foster growth and prosperity in the community that takes care of us. And that really does apply to our company culture as well. We are a family owned business and we have employees that have been with the company for 3-4 decades. We treat our employees like family as we do with our customers. We pride ourselves on being a professional dealership group where we cultivate a culture of loyalty through treating everyone like family and fairly.

Team members across the dealership take time to connect with one another on both a professional and personal level. We regularly celebrate our employees through staff outings and community events. Our employees are a close, tight-knit group, and it feels more like a family than anything else! Some of the activities we enjoy as a team include the following:

We recognize our employees in a few different ways.
Milestone anniversaries are always recognized and celebrated company-wide. Professional achievements are recognized and celebrated group-wide. We also recognize employees for personal/work ethic achievements within the group.
A "monthly" gift card is given to an employee who gave an "impression" to another employee. All employees are encouraged to give each other "impressions" for their hard work.
